To have healthy, beautiful skin and to slow down the skin aging process it is important to follow a regular skin-care routine as well as to reduce exposure to skin hazards (such as sun, free radicals etc.), have a balanced diet, and take rightly-timed preventative measures. Do you have dry, normal or combination type of skin? Your selection of products and steps of your daily skin care routine will depend on the type of skin you have. If you don't know yet if it is normal, oily, dry or combination skin, then please visit us and we will do a skin analysis at no charge.

Follow a regular skin care routine.

It should include the following steps:

Twice daily:
Cleansing
Toning
Moisturizing
Protection (AM)/ Nutrition (AM/PM)

Once or 2 times a week:
Exfoliation
Additional skin treatments
